These Terms & Conditions govern your use of velnotech.com and any purchase you make from it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from us. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who will be responsible for the transaction.
3. Products, descriptions and pricing
- We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials, specifications and compatibility. Photographs are representative; slight variation in colour is possible because of screen calibration and lighting.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions and withdraw products at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete payment.
- In the rare event of a genuine pricing or stock error, we will contact you before dispatch. You may either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund. We will never charge you a higher amount without your consent.
4. Placing an order
Adding an item to your cart is not a binding order. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, in the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
- We cannot deliver to the pincode you provided.
- The order appears fraudulent or is flagged by our payment gateway.
- The billing and shipping details cannot be verified, or the phone number provided is unreachable.
- The order is clearly for commercial resale and was placed at retail prices without agreement.
5. Payment
- We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, popular wallets and Cash on Delivery.
- Cash on Delivery is offered free of charge on eligible pincodes and order values. We may withdraw the COD option for a specific address if previous COD orders to it have been refused.
- All online payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Velnotech never receives or stores your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
- If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the payment is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will pursue it with the gateway on your behalf.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
7. Returns, replacements and warranty
Your rights to return, replace or claim under warranty are set out in the Refund & Replacement Policy, the Cancellation Policy and the Warranty Policy. Those documents form part of these terms and nothing in this section reduces the rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability.
- Use automated tools to scrape content, harvest data or place bulk orders.
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the functioning of the site for other users.
- Submit false, defamatory or misleading content, including in product reviews.
9. Intellectual property
The Velnotech name, logo, product designs, photographs, illustrations, written copy and the overall look and feel of this website are owned by Velnotech and protected by Indian intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
10. User-submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is your own work and accurate, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our website and marketing channels. We moderate all submissions and may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional or irrelevant. We will never publish a review that misrepresents a product's performance.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that:
- Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, loss of data, or damage to a device arising from misuse of a product or from use with an incompatible device.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, courier network failures or internet outages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Velnotech against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would always rather resolve a problem directly, so please contact support@velnotech.com first — most issues are settled within a few days. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You also retain the right to approach the consumer forums established under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
