These terms govern your use of velnotech.com and any purchase you make from it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the transaction.

Products, descriptions and pricing

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative and slight colour variation is possible because of screen calibration.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We may change prices, run promotions and withdraw products at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when you complete payment.
If a genuine pricing or stock error occurs we will contact you before dispatch. You may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We will never charge more without your consent.

Placing an order

Adding an item to your cart is not a binding order. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order with a full refund if the product is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your pincode, the order appears fraudulent or is flagged by our gateway, your details cannot be verified or your phone is unreachable, or the order is clearly for commercial resale at retail prices.

Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery.
Cash on Delivery is free of charge on eligible pincodes. We may withdraw it for an address where previous COD orders were refused.
All online payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, banks usually reverse it within 5 to 7 working days. If not, send us the transaction reference and we will pursue it with the gateway.

Delivery

Timelines, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.

Returns, replacements and warranty

Your rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy and our Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content or place bulk automated orders, introduce malicious code, or submit false or misleading content including in product reviews.

Intellectual property

The Velnotech name, logo, product designs, photographs, copy and the overall look and feel of this website are owned by Velnotech and protected by Indian intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal use only.

User-submitted content

If you submit a review or photograph, you confirm it is your own work and accurate, and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it. We moderate all submissions and may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional or irrelevant.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or data, or for damage caused by misuse or use with an incompatible device; and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions or courier network failures.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Velnotech against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact support@velnotech.com first — most issues are settled within a few days. Failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You also retain the right to approach the consumer forums established under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
