Yes. Cash on delivery is available on serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge. You'll see it as a payment option at checkout.

Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days in metro cities, 2–4 in other cities and towns, and 5–7 in remote areas. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged a fee that wasn't shown to you first.

Yes. Request a return within 4 days of delivery by emailing us with your order number. Approved returns get a free pickup, and damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. Opened earbuds and applied screen protectors can't be returned unless they're faulty.

We start the refund within 2 working days of the returned item passing its quality check. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method and cash on delivery orders by bank transfer. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it.

When your order ships you'll get an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also check it on our Track your order page.

Every product page names the brand. Products made by other companies, like the MakeMeeBold 3-in-1 Hot Air Brush, carry that brand's name so you know exactly what you're buying.
